Kristen Anne Bell was born in the year 1980. She is a singer/actress from the USA. Parents are Tom Bell and Lorelei Frygier who are both news director on television. She was raised and birthed in Huntington Woods Michigan. Her parents are of Polish heritage (mother) in addition to German, English and Scottish (father). Kristen's talents for performing were discovered at a very young age. She went to her audition in 1992 and got a role on Raggedy Ann, and Andy. Bell, who was 13 when her mom signed as an agent was also auditioned for advertisements for newspapers and television. Then she began taking classes in acting. Bell was a character who did not have a credit in Polish Wedding (1998), the film that was released in 1998. Bell took part in the Drama and Music Club in Shrine Catholic High School. She was a part of Dorothy in the school production that was The Wizard of Oz. Bell attended the Tisch School of the Arts where she studied Musical Theater in New York City. Bell was a graduate in 2001, left her studies at the university to play her role as Becky as Becky in Tom Sawyer. In 2001, Bell was the first to make her credit debut playing the character of Becky Pootie Tang. The film was cut, however the scene she played was removed out of the movie and her appearance was only on the screen credits. Bell made an appearance alongside Angela Bettis and Liam Neeson in 2002's Broadway revival of The Crucible.
